Saturday's dig was only 10 minutes from my house so I couldn't say 'no', glad I didn't as I turned up a nice cut half and a lead medieval token. Sunday was a bit further but enjoyable as the sun was out. I haven't a clue what the big fragment is although it's silver as the spit and silver paper treatment stunk! The small flower is silver and there's an orange stone still in the little brooch, any help on ID for the bigger badge and silvers would be appreciated @Allectus ? Roll on next week.
