Got My EON Duel Fuel Energy Bill For Next 12 Months.... Up 97%.

On Thursday 14th April we got an email from EON our fuel supplier informing us that our annual fuel payments were to be increased to

Electricity = £1213-64 an increase of £450-58
Gas = £2250-90 an increase of £1253-47

An annual increase of £1704-05 = 96.82%
We will now have to pay £ 3464-54 per year / £66-63 WEEKLY

As myself and my wife are not in the best of health I intend to contact Age UK next week to see if there is any scope to have this hefty amount reduced as it is essential that my wife suffering from Parkinsons to keep warm.
All of this carry-on caused by a mad man in Russia controlling the world gas prices it is high time we got on FRACKING for our own gas never mind the Snow Flake & Woke bunch.

Ouch thats a lot and don't seem right as my bill for house and electric car is only £1440 roughly a year.
What Tarriff have they put you on as seems far too high
I'm all electric including the car and my rates are fixed contract with OVO till Oct 22 at day 16.8p, night 8.64p and standing charge 20.62p/day
Tarriff also incluses a rebate of £7.99 per month for charging network with BP Plus for the car when out and about

OURS HAS GONE FROM £70 TO £198 A MONTH 2 BEDROOM BUNGALOW OUCH .

We are three bedrooms semi but our cost’s are no where as much. Not the size of your property but your tariff and usage plus what energy saving measures you have. Shame I’m so far away as I do a little sideline in energy surveys and saved people just with few changes. We are all LED lighting, electric car E7 heating with Quantum electronic control plus few other energy saving measure.
